2 Day Winter Wreath Workshop

All materials are included Location: Drybridge Join me for a festive two-day creative workshop where you'll learn a range of felt-making techniques to create your own beautiful winter-inspired wreath. Suitable for beginners and welcoming to all experience levels, this immersive workshop will introduce you to the art of wet felting, needle felting and sculptural felt-making, giving you the opportunity to explore the unique qualities of wool and develop a variety of textile skills. Over the two days, you'll learn how to create felted leaves, berries, flowers and seasonal decorative elements, combining wet-felted forms with detailed needle-felted and sculptural components to build texture, depth and visual interest. With step-by-step guidance in a small, supportive group, you'll design and assemble your wreath, exploring colour, composition and finishing techniques to create a piece that reflects your own style. Suitable for beginners and welcoming to all experience levels, this workshop will introduce you to the core techniques of needle felting, including blending wool fibres, building layers of colour, creating texture and adding detail to bring your artwork to life. Woodland Treebark Workshop

All materials are included Location: Drybridge Join me for a relaxed and creative day exploring the art of needle-felted textile sculpture as you create a beautiful woodland-inspired bark piece ready to display in a box frame. Suitable for beginners and welcoming to all experience levels, this workshop will introduce you to a range of needle felting techniques, including blending colours, building texture, creating depth and sculpting natural forms from wool fibres. Inspired by woodland habitats, you'll learn how to construct realistic bark surfaces enhanced with delicate details such as mosses, fungi, lichens and other forest-floor elements, bringing your piece to life through layers of texture and colour. With step-by-step guidance in a small, supportive group, you'll gain confidence in both two-dimensional and sculptural felting techniques while developing your own creative interpretation of the woodland theme. Christmas Tree Decoration Workshop

All materials are included for you to make 2 different decorations Location: Drybridge Join me for a festive and creative workshop where you'll learn how to transform soft wool fibres into beautiful handmade Christmas tree decorations. Suitable for beginners and welcoming to all experience levels, this workshop will introduce you to a range of needle felting techniques, including shaping and sculpting wool, creating firm three-dimensional forms and adding decorative details and embellishments to make each piece unique. With step-by-step guidance in a small, supportive group, you'll create two different decorations during the session: one formed around a pre-made shape and a second built up entirely from wool, allowing you to gain confidence in two different approaches to felt-making. You'll explore colour, texture and finishing techniques, adding beads, stitching or other festive embellishments to personalise your designs. By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with two beautifully handcrafted Christmas decorations ready to hang on your tree, along with new needle-felting skills, creative inspiration and the confidence to continue making your own festive felted creations at home. |

My workshop business is fully insured and certified in outdoor first aid, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
